本剧主要讲述的是拥有中药活性能量的小白、芪芪、小灵当、板板等灵草小战士，在利贞教官的培训下和龙西妈妈的呵护下逐渐成长，他们在柴大博士的指挥下，通过量子通道到达人体小宇宙，消灭病原带领的病菌们，保护人体健康的故事。
